Call for Film/Media Studies Program Student Grants

The Film/Media Studies program is accepting proposals for independent student projects undertaken outside the classroom and requiring financial support. These projects may range from travel and fees connected to attendance at conferences or workshops; to the production of films or other media work; to any endeavors related to the pursuit of more knowledge and/or experience in the study and practice of film/media practice, exhibition, history, criticism, etc. Preference will be given to FMS majors and minors.

Call for Student Writers, Videographers — Writing Wrongs 2018

This is the fourth year for Writing Wrongs literary journalism project at which college students immerse themselves in a specific societal issue and create a print book about the topic. By telling the stories of those directly involved, Writing Wrongs offers a different and often-ignored perspective that challenges stereotypes and prejudices.

CALL FOR ENTRIES! Bucknell Intercollegiate Film Festival

The 3rd biennial Bucknell Intercollegiate Film Festival wants to see your student film!  We are inviting submissions for the 2018 festival, to take place on April 29th in the historic 1941 Campus Theatre in downtown Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. The deadline for submissions is March 5th.
